- Name and email address when you reserve a seat, join a waitlist, or contact us.

Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, billing contact details, and transaction metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
- Approximate location derived from IP address.
- Analytics and performance data through Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
2. How we use information
- Process workshop orders and send confirmations, reminders, and session materials.
- Respond to support requests and waitlist signups.
- Send lifecycle email related to your purchase or interest (for example, prep notes and replay access). You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
- Improve the Site, measure marketing performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Data retention
We retain order and communication records as long as needed to deliver services, meet accounting and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. Waitlist and marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to legal retention requirements.
